You might have concluded that one of my favorite outdoor adventures is hunting. I’ve had the fortune over the years to get many of my mammal skins tanned at J. Holloway Fur Co., 404 Perkins Extended, Memphis, TN 38117, (901)-685-3877. Sorry – no web site, therefore, no link. Jim Holloway, a character extraordinaire, has become a friend of mine, and one of his staff members, Jimmy Morris – a life long Memphian – loves venison, or deer meat. I just gave several pounds of venison tenderloin to Jimmy. Check out our DIGITAL PHOTOS of Jimmy Morris and of Jim Holloway above. Jim is the one who wears the glasses! If you’d like a skin tanned, give ‘em a call. They’ve done excellent work for me on deer, raccoon, bobcat, beaver, coyote, and nutria!
