Built in 1939 in classic Southern architectural style, Augusta Urban is our seventy year old house located in the middle of Memphis, Tennessee, the City with a Soul.  Nestled on 1.71 acres, Augusta Urban’s grounds, highlighted by its tenured azalea plants, separate it from homes in other urban settings.  As we hope you’ll agree after viewing the video tour and checking out the digital photos, Augusta Urban’s landscaping is breathtakingly beautiful, especially during the spring season.  In fact, Augusta Urban’s peak glory can be seen seasonally each spring for about two weeks.  The other three seasons offer unique beauty as well.  We invite you to often visit the Augusta Urban section of richnessofexperiences.com as we’ll frequently update our content to provide you with current seasonal scenes from the property.

We decided to create a web site for our house. Why? Because we so enjoy living here that it naturally followed we could easily share it with you by creating this web site. And if we were going to create a web site for our house, then we had to fashion a name for it!
